No, it's not the International School, it's a private Catholic school that also caters for non French speaking kids. Extra English with a native English teacher and also extra French lessons.

Since I posted this we have also been looking at Orthez and Salies de Bearn. Nearer the coast, but more the size towns we are looking for. I think Biarritz and Bayonne will be too big.
