Re: Total cost of the visa an imagration process

In 2015, I received this letter (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3EruivFAao7OUpOZnRjaUNvVmc/edit?usp=docslist_api) from the Department of Homeland Security outlining the requirement upon me as a...

Re: N400 Process & Preparation Questions

That seems a little peculiar but good to know :thumb: Did they ask to review original versions of other documents you had sent with the application?

Re: N400 Process & Preparation Questions

Is that actually something they had asked in advance for you to bring to the interview? Had you submitted statements already, along with your N-400 application?

Re: N400 Process & Preparation Questions

I'm submitting my application within the 90 day window prior to reaching three-years of permanent residence here in the US. Does anyone know if they simply put those applications in a pile until the...

Re: N400 Process & Preparation Questions

That seems surprising  I'm curious if that's true for both Dallas and Phoenix service centers. Have you heard similar reports from others undertaking the N400 process?

Thanks, Rich.

Re: N400 Process & Preparation Questions

If it's a choice, I'm opting for the 8.5minute version like you Ian(!) :thumb:

Did you bring the originals of everything you submitted with your application?

Thanks, Rich.

Re: Filing DS-260 though DCF - Send supporting documents?

I don't believe online submission of Forms DS-230 & DS-2001 was possible when I undertook the CR-1 Process in 2012/2013. Equally I'm not sure it's possible today, but to be honest haven't had a need...

Re: N400 Process & Preparation Questions

That's a fair observation Ian, well stated! I think the problem is the CR-1 and I-751 processes have taught me to make zero assumptions and to evidence just about every breath I take! Whew!
