Does anyone know how I can let the officials know that I have changed my address? I have a defacto visa in Australia and have moved from the address I gave in my application?

Visa sent my courier on Sept 1st
Money taken Sept 1st
Letter dated Sept 3rd - Medcals sent to Australia (Cat B) ...
