I haven't been to court yet, as I mentioned in my post it has been adjourned until the 18th of May. But that isn't really the problem.

I was granted a Permy Resident Visa for Oz in 2003 but I had to come home when my mum got cancer. My visa ran out in 2008 but fortunately I got a 5 year RRV...
