Does anyone have property to rent in Marmaris?

We are moving to Marmaris, Turkey in March 2013 and have accommodation for the first couple of months but we are looking for a reasonably priced long term let if anyone has or knows of one :)

Hi, thanks for your reply, what would be classed as 'enough cash in the bank'? i have read that if you come over on a tourist permit you can then apply for a residency visa at the police station...
