lol. For me it was just learning to embrace a new kind of Christmas. Coming from a big family, having about 30 people on xmas day to just me, and now my own family, xmas will never be how I grew...

Sounds like you are really settling. Winters are long if you don't get out and enjoy them. There are local used ski/skate and snowboard swaps in the autumn, look out for them and kit the kids out...
