Exclamation Moved Back to UK DVLA confusion

Hello Every one :

I am confused need help

First I come to UK in 2005 on student visa , I completed my studies and went back in 2009 . Now I have again moved back in UK on Skilled Worker Visa....

Ohh that what i was thinking in back of mind. So it make me short of 10 points to reach 160. My wife have a 4 year Bachelors degree in B.Pharm from Pakistan. I am finding its hard to find information...

Thanks, the calculator still giving points for absolute skill shortage .Probably they need to update it .

In the list its included University of Bradford BS and MS: 1982–2011.

Can i ask,if you claim 60 point for master you can claim bonus points for area of absolute skill shortage(But requirements say bachelors plus three 3 years experience). Bachelor is in the same field...

As far as i understand Your experience is in area of absolute skill shortage however your education did not comply by LTSS. There is one big thing which is missing a degree in IT.

You need evaluate your BCA +MCA first if its evaluated at bachelors you will get 50 and if its masters then you will get 60. You will get 20 points for your wife. But need to evaluate here education...

I mean to say any think below 7(Bachelors) you can not claim points but every think above will automatically be qualified to claim points :)

Thanks for the reply :) . I am just pushing for the masters because Its saves time and money. I dont need to assist my UK masters as it is in the exempt list.
