so today on my case status the little circle moved to card/document production. can i work straight away or do i need to wait till i have mt green card in hand?

K1 visa

All paper work was accepted on February 15

So we sent of are adjustment of status 2 months ago , after getting married. so i sent of the required documents then a couple of weeks...

biometrics???

I have my biometrics appointment tomorrow, would just like to know what happens at it. I know you get your finger prints taken. Just wondered if there's any other exciting things that happen. :)

Im not too sure about the specifics if the insurance, all he said to me is that he would have to put me on the company insurance just incase anything happened to me. Ill just keep going to the gym...

Really dont think its worth the risk then. only sent it off last week and im already on initial review on the uscis website, which is quite exciting

Here's my situation, I have been offered a job from a friends friend in construction which is what i did in the UK. The issue is as i can't legally work I agreed to work for free just to get me out...

I-94 and passport copies are what you need for the 1-765. thanks again for your help.

ive got I-94 and passport pictures included already. photo copies of her passport will do right? ill have a read over the form instructions

My birth certificate is a copy. As for the vaccination report it is the one i got in the UK from the doctor i had my visa medical with. What extra paperwork do i need to send with the I-765 and...
