Firstly, I worked in the middle east for two years, prior to this caper. My girlfriend is from the middle-east, so I have no prejudices against Arabic people.

If you break the ADEC contract, you are blacklisted. Those schools you mention are not allowed to employ 'blacklisted' teachers.

Yes, those school are totally different. Private schools in the UAE vary greatly, but I worked in a good one, a few years ago. We had all western staff and the curriculum was British.
