So in your experience you dont think there is any salary discrimination ?

I think it would be impossible to prove an employer is offering less to someone who requires sponsorship. Particularly as often the salary is advertised as 'competitive' and individual offers are...

Live in thailand ? or live as a tourist in Thailand ? if you live in hostels with otehr backpackers cost sill be signifant reduced.

I would say would need around $1500 a month.
