I have homes in both countries, so in a way resident in both if you catch my drift. I just don't tell any bank anything more than I want to tell them ;)

Parco Sempione is where I had my first apartment and it's pretty good to get around from there as the number 1 tram stops all along Sempione and goes into the city centre.

Potrei avere (May I have) is a very polite way to ask for something in supermarkets, shops etc. I always get a good response with this from Italians.

Oh yes indeed. I used to get a lot of Multas, until I learned how to read and speak Italian. I certainly do know about red tape, bureaucracy, and Italy's many laws believe me, I could write a book...
