I just checked, I definitely don't qualify. Although I just found out that people born in Northern Ireland do qualify for the lottery...that's weird. They're part of the UK. So they exclude people...

I thought that too..but Vancouver is where I just came from and I wasn't happy there because it was so cold and just rained for days on end. 2 weeks straight is unbearable. Not to mention the high...
