Update, have been told by an attorney that my qualifications are not enough to gain visa, needs to be at degree level. Mine are City and Guilds types, in two different fields, which even with years...

Have been in touch with an attorney now, awaiting response on how to best go about all of this. Will report back with progress to enable others here to see how it pans out, and hopefully help them...

I'm in the lucky position of having a company/person willing to offer me a job, but I dont know which visa to apply for, neither do they! Its a friends company and they want me to find out what to do...
