Hi lots of good shops in Martos, three big supermarkets, A good cheap electrical sore on the street in front of the market, (bottom of street). People are really nice you just need to make an effort...

Be careful there are some dodgy builders around Martos. I have a place near there and have experience of some. I could let you know the ones I know.
