I consulted an immigration attorney and he told me that my case is clean and i can go ahead and file AOS along with work authorization .
I have couple more questions:-
1-Do I need A lawyer ? note...

yep when filling the F1 visa application i wrote down that i am married and there is I130 petition pending , never lied nor will .

Thanks for the reply , and Yes I finished the 2 year requirement and because of the political situation , I was trying to go to another country to wait for my IR1 visa , because I didn't know they...

my wife is filling the I130 from the usa and i am living in egypt right now so i will apply for IR1/CR1 visa and i believe we wont need I-485
what do you think ?

in the line #2 it saye all other names used
in egypt we use full name first 2nd (dads) 3rd (grand dad) and the last name , the form doesn't ask me to...

yes but on teh sworn affidavites they will tell their experience with us being together and that we have on going marriage not only that they attended our marriage

we have like 13 sworn affidavites / joint bank activity showing that we both use it /
-Phone bills is hard to find because i use internet and her phone is prepaid / but i can provide y internet...

we have joint bank account we both use even when i a from egypt i use th credit card to buy things and stuff , so we would get bank statement to show that we are using the bank account and putting...
