Agreed. Bad advice to apply for a visa. I tried for a B2 and got denied. Best thing to do is stick with ESTA. My advice to anyone trying for a B2 is do not bother.

Congratulations Summer. I had a B2 denied back in February. Really wished I had discovered this forum first as I would have stuck with ESTA. Do the chances of getting ESTA increase with time normally?

I am looking at a student visa,and I have made enquiries to Lawta Law re a course I wish to do. I have not had any reply for 3 weeks. Are there any other companies I can try to get on a course?

We haven't nothing planned in regards to the country we end up in. Certainly I want to bring her back to the UK to meet my family. We can have definite plans when I am free to marry again.

Thank you Bob. She hasn't a passport at the moment though,and she says that you have to now prove intention to travel somewhere. Is this easy to prove?

Thank you. I am looking at the student visa route. I'm looking at a career change and this could be a way of getting to see my girlfriend and also looking to study for a career where I can do a job...

No too soon unfortunately. Only got refused last Friday.
