She was told I-212 before she was sent back to England when denied entry. But since she's going to get an attorney I'm sure they will tell her exactly what needs to be done.

He sent it UPS we didn't want to risk it getting lost again as We are flying in July and now I won't get her passport until 1st week of June.

The passport permission form had to be notarised so yes it does have to be the original unfortunately.

Well my ex said it's $60 (UPS) but it'll be here on monday. It is a lot of money considering it's just a few bits of paper, but they are very important few bits of paper and her passport application...

We are using FedEX or UPS not USPS because he already tried to send it USPS and it never arrived.

Thanks. Caseworker is from England which is where the court is being dealt with. I have already been told that it would be honored in the US and the US courts are involved too.

No neither of us have a lawyer. It was all filed though the court. Thats why I am asking because I tried to ask the caseworker and she has no idea about US law. Only that she put on the application...

We have court before we go which is end of next month. My daughter and I live in the UK. My ex lives in the US (US citizen). Situation is a little more complicated than that...

It was because of the way the questions and answers were laid out. It said in the relevant section to 'send to us' but no address. It said in the question below (not relevant) to send to baltimore....

What stress does to us... I found the address and the answer was no it doesn't go to the US it goes to the embassy and I found the correct address to mail it too.
