After a bit of research, I think it means it will work, but I won't have the digital tuner facility in NTSC. Not sure if this will matter or not????

How much are we talking? We've got two Samsung plasmas - a 42" & 50" - both multi-region, so I thought we'd be ok with voltage adaptors!!!
