just borrow money off someone, lodge it in the account and then withdraw the cash, i was refused a visa in december, but qualified for a waiver that took 7 months, i provided them with a bank...

My j1 was issued last year, I applied for the 12 month j1, thats the one that was reccomended for waiver, got conviction when I was 18 so hopin they might be lenient but waiting 20 weeks now

Hi, sorry, the conviction wasn't from 2007, it was from 2004, yes, there was a visa notification on both of them, and i received them with no hassle what so ever which still has me stunned almost 4...

as far as i know, you dont have to leave the country, you have to notify your sponsor of a change of employer and they might have to make a site visit, i am not entirely sure on this but I would...

its a 1 year visa i can get through college, i was on a 5 month j1 already and got a social securtiy number through it, which is why i am puzzled as to why its taking so long
