The car is Lexus ES300, made in Japan, 2002 model.
2995 SP (this is malaysian registration, i guess SP means horse power or whatever)
Bought new from Lexus showroom in Brunei in...

Sorry, maybe I didn't make myself clear. My question was what are the restrictions/requirements for headlights and specifically are halogen lights allowed or not.
