If there will definitely be a rule change in Jan 2013 then I will most definitely be applying under the new rules for CEC then. I will have the 12 months experience required. I assume you can apply...

Hi ninaDGBCA, thanks for your reply, as stated in my previous post I do not have 2 years of work experience in Canada which would allow me to apply for PR under the Canadian ERxperience Class route....
