Thanks for the link. Interesting to read. The article was written in 2009. Has there been any updates since or any issues today in the other areas mentioned in the article as being safe?

I've been browsing the list of townhomes for sale under 300 K in Sardis. Of the 145 for sale, roughly half (70) are end units. I find this surprising as they are the ones that usually sell first. ...

Geography was never my strong point. :) When I look at a map without any place names, I have problem orientating myself as to where everything is located. Where is Van on that map.

After looking at the map from the link, I see Vancouver is just as much at risk as Chilliwack. But, also if the earthquake was powerful enough, I expect that anyone high up would come sliding down...
