Hi everyone. My husband and I are planning to retire in Chilliwack next year so in April 2015 we will be in the area looking for a house. We currently live in Winnipeg so it is not an overseas move. We are looking for recommendations for a real estate agent. We are looking for an agent that does this full time and lives/works in Chilliwack. Anyone know of one that would fit the bill? We are also looking for a home inspector and a real estate lawyer, also with the same critera as the agent. Can you help us out? Thanks.

Im sure the agent will also know about lawyers and home inspectors.

Ryder Lake is a nice area if you want to be out of town. If you want a more up to date sub division Garrison Crossing. Older but nice areas include East Chilliwack (rural) and Fairfield Island. If looking around Promontary there have been some problems with property on the hillsides.

What types of problems in Promontory ? And thank you for your comments by PM. I have noted what you said and appreciate you taking the time to let me know.
