Hi, from the fact I have just moved back from Germany having lived there for 15 years.

I am not referring to domestic animals, but the animals that live in the forest, the places domestic animals...

Do you think so, not in Germany, there are still fairly large outbreaks of rabies

all pets in the EU should have a record of vaccinations, if that is what you refer to as being mandatory in Spain,...

Yes we do like Spain, but we have only been there on holiday before, we have travelled a lot throughout Europe including Southern France, we dont have an issue...
