I believe you will get a considerable refund on your taxes this year. The reason being you were taxed on the assumption of you making 81K per year but since you have only earned only 52K...

I went through something similar. I had close to 6 years of work experience assessed by ACS. My most recent work experience was assessed by ACS as not related my chosen occupation....

I called to DIAC to verify ... they don't need us to fill in the form 1276 when applying for 176 online. It is only required for paper based applications. :thumbup:

I do agree with that point of view. The only problem is it is a 36 page document and all the information asked in it is exactly the same information filled out when doing the online 176 application....

Finally was able to get through to somebody in NSW Business migration department.

Here is the update ...
They have no issues with the appeal as long as the nominated skill code is still the same...

I applied Jan 3rd and got assess positive Feb 8th. Got my NSW SS nomination on march 27. I applied for ACS appeal on march 22nd. I know its a mess. I will have to call ACS and get this sorted out!...

I am not sure about the text limit but I did have a lot to say and it fit in. About adding a new reference letter, that would be a review not an appeal :-)
