The houses we are building would cost between 25-50 Million SGD in Singapore. So, in that respect, S$1.5-2M doesn't sound too bad. ;o)

Traders hotel and ascot are being built. They are right beside the harbour. Puteri Harbour is open now and there are boats available to take out. They have a little cafe there too.
