Think that we will opt for Maxes Shuttle service. It sounds nearly as conveniant as a cab.

We where there in Dec 2003. We took our Canadian credit cards
and found they would not accept them even in The American Plaza
A shopping area for tourists only.
Some stores even had those M/card...

We where there in Nov. No problem at all with U.S.dollars. Just make sure that you carry a whole bunch of $1 though. These are nessacerey for some of the toilets you may visit in need. Also there is...
