I still lurk :)

In the end I didn't do the charity work, I hadn't realised how difficult transport is in the US without a car. I spent the time I couldn't work doing some internet based education...

Thanks guys,

Just a little update, my passport with visa in and the envelope was delivered today. So only took 4 working days (due to bank holidays).

I fly next Friday :)

The 6 months didn't feel quick but I know we've been lucky.

My only advice would be, be very carful with the expensive number. I was given incorrect information regarding an address change by them...

I just wondered if that stage was predominantly a tick box exercise or if it could throw up more issues.

Yes it's a DCF case,

For clarification I just need to send them the DS-230I and DS-230II in order for them to book the interview (once medical is passed) then at the interview itself I present...

My I-130 was granted but unfortunately the DS-230 documents send by the embassy went to my old address and the tenants (although I warned them it may happen returned them to the embassy).

We were living together in london and we applied for the I-130 early Oct payment taken...
