It was the latter. So will this affect them all? Surely if you are just released without charged, you should be ok to travel ?

Thanks. I'll relay that back to him but I know for sure there was no date at all mentioned about a bail date. He wasn't bailed.

Hi, yes , my mistake. I am aware the ESTA is not a visa but a means to travel . No one sustained any injuries .

Thank you. Everyone I spoke to had younger kids which does make it much easier !!
