Yes thats the place, we are about 10km from the border crossing.
MyPolish language is still very basic but I get by.

No you cannot swap a USA license for a UK one. You can use it for 12 months in the UK under certain circumstances.

All the above obviously make a difference to the final cost but the biggest difference is the Post code or the address of where the vehicle will be kept.
Also your occupation can have a huge effect,...

Forgive the intrusion but perhaps there might be some misunderstanding here.
From what I can gather a USA driving license can be used in the UK for driving purposes for a maximum of 12 months before...
