We are hopefully moving out to Portugal soon Nr Saniago do Cacem, Alentejo Anyone know of any cheap Handymen in the area

I heard although its a bit naughty that the Radars on the tolls are unable to read the British numbers plates, therefor it is possible to drive through them without paying, anyone else heard of...
