Unfortunately, my daughter isn't a Canadian citizen because I was born outside of Canada to a Canadian mother.

Yep, we asked about that... figured we could go back in next week since it's pretty easy to get an infopass appt. in Albuquerque... but he said that he still wouldn't give it to us...

We just received a similar (but not the same!) transfer from TSC to VSC also February 1, 2008...

Ours also says "Approved Removal of Conditions (I89)" but makes no mention of processing being...
