The processing time for a skilled worker visa from London looks about 14 months at the moment. That's a long time to hold a job offer open.

I can't look into the assumptions (because the page is down), but Global Property Guide is telling me that Toronto has a much better buy-to-let rating than Zürich. It seems in Switzerland (a) Rental...

I've read that there's Tremblant but the best skiing is on the west coast. Sadly the banking centre seems to be in Toronto
