OK, when I said "without being stopped at the border", I meant that I wouldn't be stopped and accused of trying to enter as a PR when I had abandoned my permanent residence.

Can you tell me why? I've moved back home and don't intend to move back - surely showing that I've been honest about my situation would stand me in better stead at the border?
