Close to the sea is 100k upwards.
We live 30 min walk from sea and paid less than half that in 2008 for a 4 bed 6 bathroom bungalow in a 20m x 50m walled plot. It did need some refurbishment.

Unleaded shouldn't be a problem and very cheap.

From what I have heard you can drive through Senegal after a little "fine"

Hi all.
I bought a house in Brusubi, The Gambia, West Africa in 2008. So far have lived there for 3 six month periods (Nov to April) with my wife and son.
