Try streamvia - they offer a service in the US called smartstream (as well as the usual VPN service) I have used them for the last 6-years without problem.

I'm another homeowner on a L1 visa.

Even got a FHA mortgage with a minimum deposit, 3.25% ARM fixed for 5yrs with Wells Fargo. We rented for a year first but worked out we could buy a better house...
