HELP!!! My employer's administration has doubts that IR-1 visa + stamp at the port of entry can allow me to work in the US!!! It is written on the visa, I don't know why they have an issue with it....

I made it to the US too! I had to wait in the non-resident line, had my visa looked at and my fingerprints scanned, then got escorted to another line and then another room where an officer stamped...

I think the LND number is sent 4-5 weeks after the i-130 approval.

I just got back from my visa interview and got approved!!!

I arrived in front of the Embassy at 7.15 and I was about 30th in line. They started letting people in at 7.30 and the booths started...

From my experience, you get your LND number about 4 weeks after your i-130 approval date. I called the number several times, and they told me that I needed to wait until 4 weeks but they could check...
