Yes i got the shots in advance. Free of charge at my local GP.
I had to wait 4 weeks between 1st and 2nd MMR jabs. But received my TDAP jab on the same day as 1st MMR.

However if you have old tattoos (over 15 years) they require you have the extra tests for HIV and Hep B + C.

I got the pic's done at Sainsburys. just a normal passport photo booth which handily now does pics for visa to USA

I just had my medical in London on the 8th Jan. Be advised if you have any...

I hate to give a "slap in the face" but we sent our I-130 petition away on August 17th and received NOA2 on October 21st. Only 60...

Was gutted when she told me. If she had said "if your tattoos are over 15 years old we will need to do the tests. how old are they" I think a little white lie may have slipped out

"They" ask to attach the barcode sheet. But "they" then change the name of it to document cover sheet when it's time to print...

The nurse at my G.P surgery printed off a list of vaccinations, then wrote in the dates i received each one. I was told thats all they could provide me with.
