I have a job offer in N.IRELAND but was worried my wife wouldn't be able to stay in The Republic after 90 day's seeing as Im not working there.

She was given a 90 day stamp in Ireland when we arrived as she is a American,

I have a similar past.
I saw a lawyer in the US this year about this due to my drink incident(1998) .
She reassured me it wouldnt be a problem seeing it was so...

Quick update..
We are now going to do the K1 in January.
Finally made a decision as we think this is the best way as we or I dont fancy lying to the immigration about marrying on a Visa waiver....
