Oh, none of this sounds quite as easy as the attorney made out... Hmmm, I'm not convinced the documents I gave them are actually that comprehensive but they seemed to think they would be fine. Now...

If the degree equivalence that the attorney has already submitted is approved can that also used for the GC process or do we need to start again from scratch?

I have no degree but have 14+ years’ work experience which I thought meant I could obtain a H-1B...
