Oh, none of this sounds quite as easy as the attorney made out... Hmmm, I'm not convinced the documents I gave them are actually that comprehensive but they seemed to think they would be fine. Now I'm not so sure... Well we should hear back in the next few days if they deem my experience equivalent to a degree or not.

That what I was told by our attorneys. 12 years of job history that had to be signed off by employers. I was also told that it needed to show good progression, it was written up in quite a lot of detail. Even then we got an RFE, although that was more about why I would be based at home and not one of our offices.

Yup, that's what my husband had to do also, his last 3 employers and it had to be chapter and verse and show as being progressive, was a pain to do at the time but worth it as everything worked out.
