A baby born to Australian permanent resident isn't an Australian citizen by birth?

EDIT: Alright if born in Australia only then can be a citizen by birth!

what was the duration of your bachelors degree?

If your bachelors degree is considered equivalent to an Australian bachelors degree and you performed skilled level duties as mentioned in SOL...

Yeah well its called bureaucracy. It only means the final decision rests with the DIAC but the assessment is there for a reason. A pretty compelling reason.

It all depends upon what assessment says.

If the assessment says your qualification are assessed as equivalent to Australian Bachelors degree then you will get 15 points EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE A...

Yes it appears you would be able to qualify.

whats the length of your B.com degree?(to assess if it could be equivalent to australian bachelors) And possibly the course titles? Was it a 3 years?

skilled experience is counted post qualification. some occupations threshold is obtaining bachelors degree where as some occupations require training as well for example trade qualifications.
