Well I will continue to ask questions, hire an attorney, and basically do whatever it takes.

Good to hear Portland is 'Dead Gorgeous' as it would appear I will not see it again for some time.

Do you mean still 'there' 180 days after the date?

I don't think I was there 180 days after the date. So when I send in my i-94 with flight info that states it was under 180 days, does that help...
