You can go to the local Library to search for orders agaisnt the property if it is illegal (not built with council planning approval due to being in an unzoned residential area) nor sure how they...

sorry forgot to mention that when you are looking for a house try to go direct with the owner (particular) and avoid the agents like the plague that they are! segundamano or cambalache are good...

Hi I have lived in Sevilla for a a few years and yes it is v hot in summer, Sevilla Este would be the most comfortable area to live as it has Mercadona supermarket, maccas and some variety of places...
