I got nomination letter from Victoria as state sponsorship, I have done IELTS exam but only reading is 5.5 and remains are above 6.

well, she didnt mentioned anything, just she said that i didn't meet the requiments to grant visa in subclass 189.

I was expecting at less she reply my question about resubmit, but she said only...
