We agreed to purchase last week of August, signed the final act in Notaires office Oct same year 6wks from start to finish. No problems from inheriting family was a straight forward purchase.

Thankfully there won't be this tax on us 2nd home owners, we will have a slap up meal as we put aside what we thougth it would cost us. :p
