Form 80 - 457 to 176 PR

Hi

When I applied for my 457 we had to fill in Form 80, my question is nowthat we are applying for 176 PR, will we have to fill the form in again or will they have it on record? If its not on...

just had a chat with my migration agent and she hasn't lodged the stat dec or the police check with the application, she said she's a bit reluctant to provide more information than what's needed. ...

thanks for that! feel a bit better. we lodged a stat dec with the application as well to show how much his life has changed, family man, own business etc etc. plus his trade is in demand so hopefully...

i'm interested in this too - we have a 457 lodged but hub was convicted 20 years ago of possession with intent to supply,he didn't get a custodial sentence just community service and a £30 fine...

Thanks for that - i think we'll be struggling to get everything sorted for the july deadline...
