In paper based application, there is an option to tick the box that you have booked IELTS test then you can proceed.Please, look at "Form 1276". Anyone is welcomed to correct my advice.

Yes,you are right.But we don't know if DIAC will agree to update our IELTS result after lodgement an online application or will not .

I think we will lodge our online application with low IELTS result (which is 6 in each band) then we will try to update our point score with new IELTS result (which is 7 in each band) if it is...

I am sure, you don't have to send the hard copies.
I think you will apply for both.One as an evidence of recent work experience.and the other as an evidence of skilled employment in the 4 years...
