Yes. I told her to bring every documents I sent her in case they asked for any.

But it's weird though. I have never heard of this situation before. I'll be suprise if they do interview her...

Found out that embassy mails packet 3 using a special government pouch. Meaning this could be the dreadful diplomatic bag.

Call up NVC. Best way is to talk to them personally. Don't listen to the automatic machine. They hardly update their system with K1 petitions.
