That is correct. For this year one would need tax returns from 2001, 2002 ,2003.
They would not accept a 2000 return.
If you have filed for extension just take the confirmation number with you and...

Sydney DCF experience April 2004

Had our interview on Monday april 19th at 8am. We reached early at the MLC center and after showing our appointment letter to the guard were allowed to enter the elevators and go to the 59th floor....

i applied for citizenship in san jose and it took me 12 months from the date i mailed the application to my oath ceremony.
Took about 3 months to get fingerprinted.

I have been on that site, but the information there is not as comprehensive as the previous site, especially regrading DCF.

Probably would need to visit some other sites.

i will be going ahead with the DCF at sydney early next month.
I am a US citizen and my wife is a Australian citizen.
